Installation Meeting on 3rd April 2011.
The ARGM accompanied by W.Bro. N.C.J.Rajan, W.Bro. Alex Joseph and Bro. George Zacharia attended.  Inspection of the Lodge records and accounts were carried out and were found to be very well maintained.  Before the meeting three bags of rice were given to a destitute home as part of the Dhanya Dhan Project.
The Installation was done by W.Bro. S.R.Rajagopalan.

The Lodge was opened in three Degrees.  Non masons and ladies were admitted.  R.W.Bro. Retnaraj Sushil Raj, Right Worshipful the Regional Grandmaster and his officers were received. 
W.Bro. Roger Christian was presented with the 25 year LTS Jewel and felicitated.  Non masons and ladies then retired.  
The Lodge was closed in due form.

The panel of judges consisted of W.Bro. S.R.Rajagopalan, W.Bro. N.C.J.Rajan, W.Bro. Tomy Eapen and ARGM. V.Joseph Zacharia.
 All the regular officers were present.
The Lodge was opened at 6:30 p.m. sharply and the panel of judges were received and introduced.
W.Bro. Dr. Sacha Gomez conducted the ritual in an impressive and perfect manner with active participation of all members.  W.M.W.Bro. Dr. Sacha Gomesz did the required portions perfectly.  Working Tools was explained by Bro. Col. Rajendran. 
Charge after Initiation was given by Bro. Dr. T.S. Rajasekharan Nair.
 Explanation of the Tracing Board was done by Bro. Alex Mathew.
All the members participated with enthusiasm.  Punctuality and decorum were well maintained.
Worshipful Master and all his officers did their portions in an excellent manner.  The candidate and the judges were suitably impressed.

The Ritual Working Competition stage II Ceremony of Initiation was conducted with a dummy candidate.

Lodge Travancore No:329.
Regular meeting which was to be held on November 27th was postponed to December 4th because of the Grand Festival.  The meeting on December 4th will be Installation Meeting.

Kerala Masters Lodge No:309.
The Regular meeting of the Lodge was held at William’s Masonic Hall, Chembukavu, Trichur, on 20/11/2011 at 11:30 a.m.
The latest issue of the “Land Marks” was reviewed.  A Worshipful Master, Treasurer and Tyler were elected.
Membership as on 15/07/2011 is 123.

Lodge Kottayam No:245 – Ladies Nite.
Regular meeting of the Lodge was held at Carmalia Haven Resort, Vandanmedu, Idukki District on 26/11/2011 as the Ladies Nite.  The resort had a suitable hall which was used for the meeting.
No ritual was conducted on that day.

Lodge Alleppey No:275.
Regular meeting of the Lodge was held at Neroth Mathew and Joseph Masonic Hall, Thumboli on Sunday 20/11/2011 at 11:00 a.m.
Mild tension prevailed in the area in the morning with the parishioners alleging that Satanic Worship was being conducted inside the Neroth Mathew and Joseph Masonic Hall which is situated close to the St. Thomas Church, Thumboli.
The tension between the Freemasons and the parishioners has been on since the theft of Sacraments from the St. Francis Assisi Church at Vellapally late last year.  Though the Freemasons denied any connection with the incident, people alleged that Black Mass was being conducted in the Masonic Hall here.  The police, following complaints conducted an inspection of the Lodge.
The tension led to the Freemasons moving the High Court, which permitted them to continue their activities in the hall.  The members arrived along with the police on Sunday and a large crowd gathered outside.  The police had to toil for nearly an hour to convince the crowd that the Court order had to be adhered to following which the crowd dispersed.
The Lodge was opened in due form.  The secretary’s report and the treasurer’s statement were read and the Lodge was closed.
No rituals were conducted on that day.
The members feel that holding future meetings in the Lodge premises would be difficult as the parishioners and the public are vehemently opposed to the Freemason’s Lodge there.
Membership as on 30/11/2011 is 50.

Installation Meeting of the Lodge was held at Trivandrum Masonic Hall, Poojapura on Sunday the 4th December 2011 at 4:00 p.m.
The Master elect Bro. Sathish Prabhu was installed in the Eastern Chair by the W.M. W.Bro. Dr. Sacha Gomez.  This acknowledged ritualist displayed his mastery of the installation ceremony which was carried out in an exemplary manner.  Bro. B.N. Mohan Kumar was installed as the S.W. and W.Bro S.M.Ashraf as the secretary.  There were many visiting brethren from nearby Lodges.  The ARGM V.W. bro V.Joseph Zacharia gave the Charge to the East and the Charge to the Brethren was given by V.W. bro Shanthi Kumar.
Membership – 92.
Golden Jubilee Celebrations:  December 9th 2011.

Charity Program – The Lodge undertook the following programs on the 9th of December, 2011:

a) Financial aid for 2 children to take care of their entire Educational needs for one academic year - totaling to Rs.52,500/-.

b) Support an hearing impaired patient with Hearing Aid costing roughly around Rs.10,000/-

Regular meeting of the Lodge was held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday the 5th December at Pagoda Resorts, Chungam, Alleppey.
Ritual conducted:  Raising.
Bro.Dr. Cherian Mathew and Bro. Asok Mallelil who were initiated on 01/11/2011 were raised to the sublime Degree of Master Masons.
Bro. Rony Dominic Thomas was elected to be the Worshipful Master for the year 2012.

Golden Jubilee Celebrations:  December 9, 2011.
Charity:  The entire inmates of an old age home were fed breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Approximate cost was Rs. 3000/-.  St. Vincent Providence House run by the Sisters of the Destitute.

Regular meeting of the Lodge was held at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday the 11th December 2011 at Crowther Masonic Hall, Kollam.
Ritual conducted:
Dr. Thomas Varghese who was favorably balloted on 06/03/201 was initiated into Freemasonary.

Golden Jubilee Celebrations:  December 9, 2011.
Charity Program:  Gave 2 bags of rice each to 2 destitute homes. Cost of the project was approximately Rs 5000/-

Regular meeting of the Lodge was held at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday the 17th December, 2011 at Trivandrum Masonic Hall, Poojapura.
Ritual conducted:  Passing.
Bro.Dr Mdhav Manoj Karunakaran who was initiated on 19/03/2011 was passé dot the degree of a Fellow Craft Freemason.
Bro. B.P. Dinesh was elected to be installed as the Master for the year 2012.

Golden Jubilee Celebrations:  The Lodge participated in the charity program on 9th Dec. 2011, to mark the 50th Anniversary of RGLSI when all Lodges in the Region undertook Charity programs.
The event was at our Lodge premises at Mudavanmugal at 5 p.m.  The beneficiary selected was Mr.Sunil Kumar, s/o Omana, Tahdatharikathu Veedu,Sathankavu, Vithura, aged 35 years who is undergoing treatment for cancer at RCC under Dr.Sreejith G Nair.
The amount given was Rs.30,000/-

Participated in the ‘Masonic Quiz’ held at Trivandrum and was adjudged the winner in the area.

Lodge Sabaridesam No: 374.
On Friday December 39th 2011 at Trivandrum Masonic Hall, Poojapura.
In the presence of a large gathering of Grand Lodge and Regional Grand Lodge officers, Lodge Sabaridesam was constituted, consecrated and dedicated by M.W. Capt Dr. Balaram Biswakumar, M.W. Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of India.  After that, the Lodge Banner was dedicated and W.Bro P.T. Mohan Babu was installed as the Founder Worshipful Master of the Lodge by W.W. b ro Retnaraj Sushilraj, Regional Grand Master of Southern India.  This was followed by a grand fellowship and a sumptuous banquet.

An emergency meeting of the Lodge was held at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday the 8th January 2012 at Freemason’s Hall, Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum.
Ritual conducted:  Raising.
Bro. T.K. Rajeev who was passed on 01/05/2011 was raised to the sublime degree of a Master Mason.

Lodge Ananthapadmanabha No: 280.
Installation Meeting of the Lodge was held at Trivandrum Masonic Hall, Poojapura, Trivandrum on thrusday the 12th of January 2012 at 4:30 p.m.
The Lodge was opened in the three degrees and then called off.
The Lodge was then called on at 6:30 p.m. and R.W.Bro. Retna Raj Sushil Raj, the Regional Grand Master of the Regional Grand Lodge of Southern India was received into the Lodge in procession as per protocol.
R.W.Bro Retna Raj Sushil Raj then installed Bro. N.R.C. Nair in the Eastern Chair in due and ancient form in a majestic manner.
The Lodge was then closed and the brethren departed after a sumptuous fellowship and banquet.
The Lodge accounts reports and records were earlier inspected by V.W.Bro. V. Joseph Zacharia and were found to be meticulously maintained.

Installation Meeting (by dispensation) of the Lodge was held at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday the 21st January 2012 at Zalkar Gardens, Pala.
The Lodge was opened in three degrees and V.W.Bro V.Joseph Zacharaia, ARGM, representative of the Regional Grand Master R.W.Bro. Retna Raj Sushil Raj was received into the Lodge by procession as per protocol.
Bro. Rony Dominic Thomas the master elect was installed in the Eastern Chari by V.W.Bro. V.Joseph Zacharia in an exemplary manner.  The charge to the East was given by the ARGM.
The Lodge was then closed in due and ancient form.
The accounts and records of the Lodge were earlier inspected by the ARGM and found to be very well maintained.
Membership as on 31/01/2012 is 32.

Lodge Trivandrum No:168.
Regular Meeting (Installation) of the Lodge was held at Trivandrum Masonic Hall, Poojapura on Saturday the 21st of January 2012 at 5:00 p.m.
The Lodge was opened at 5:00 p.m. in the three degrees and after the preliminary items on the agenda, the Lodge was called off.
The meeting was then called on at 6:00 p.m and R.W.Bro. Retna Raj Sushil Raj, the Regional Grand Master of the Regional Grand Lodge of Southern India was received into the Lodge in procession as per protocol.
R.W.Bro. Retna Raj Sushil Raj then installed Bro. B.P.Dinesh in the Eastern Chair with his usual finesse.
The Lodge was then closed after transacting all the regular business for fellowship and banquet.
The Lodge records and accounts were earlier inspected by R.W.Bro. Shanti Kumar.
Membership as on 31/01/2012 is 150.
